Flipboard stories quit out capriciously with the slightest gesture as you try to read. Watch out! If you crosslink to another story and it does this, you'll never find it again. If you're logging in, resetting a password, or filling a form and it does this, it's maddening. A core issue is like all apps these days, it opens ALL links within the app -- you can't copy or bookmark them. Why don't they open the browser itself? That would be too user friendly. Next, desktop apps will do the same.

Please open your device Settings, go to Application Manager, find "Briefing" and try force-quitting to see if that helps. If you need further assistance, please email support@flipboard.com, or inside the app. Thanks.

Update: Not only can I not uninstall this garbage, but now I've received an email indicating that they've had a data breach. Glad to receive the notice but I could have been better protected by BEING ALLOWED TO UNINSTALL IT; so irritating! Original Review: Bloatware I don't want and can't get rid of. it does allow me to turn it off, but it turns itself back on every few weeks. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option.

Navigating continually changes. Recommended articles can't be read without subscribing to article publication. Notifications are continuous (way too many). Links are slow. It can't be uninstalled & automatically re-enables (if disabled) after updates, which also can't be turned off. It takes up a bunch of memory and system resources. Just a terrible app 100%

Briefing is now more customizable. In addition to the content you could choose from before, you can now also choose from the entire range of topics of Flipboard!
