Great project, very successful and helps people in their everyday lives, certainly provides security and quality. The app (not the whole organisation) has one job, set a location of pickup and drop off, connect with a captain, notify the person when the car arrives. Unfortunately, saving a specific location is impossible (no matter what I do it's few buildings off), half of the time the location of the captain is wrong and there's a lag in few minutes in notifying the captain's arrival!

The redesign adding a different home screen is horrible. This is a ride hailing app, not a home screen to redirect me for other apps. Nothing has been added to the Careem app in a long time, and we still can't add multiple destinations, we cant communicate with the drivers, and we can't book multiple rides at once. The service is great, but they're just using the app to try to redirect you to use their other services. Too bad I use the service too much to get rid of this annoying app.

Changed from 5 to 2 because the service isn't reliable anymore, the service is terrible during the early morning, hard to find capitans, and the capitans usually cancel your booking or call you asking for cancellation if they don't like the destination, and this defenetally can take up to 30 minutes till you get a capitan, and sometimes you don't, you're simply late because you choose careem.
