Great app over all. The issues I have are that weekly ads do not always open. I get constant errors, especially on Saturdays. Dollar General needs to do a better job on the inventory. Numerous times, I go in because the app says there are plenty in stock only to go in and find the shelf empty, or the associate says they have been out for days. The scanning feature takes a while to activate and doesn't always scan the item, or if it does, it says no product found.

Unable to create an account both online and/or in the app after downloading. When trying to create an account through the webpage, it states, "Unable to create user profile." When trying to create an account through the app, it states, "Sorry! We are sorry, but something unexpected happened. Please try again." I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the app. I have cleared cache. I have tried numerous times and ways to create an account and all attempts have been unsuccessful.

I would love to say that experience with this app has been nothing but flowers and butterflies but unfortunately nothing ever works on it and the scanner is the main thing . Everytime I try to scan something or enter in barcode I'm stuck with a Try Again Later were sorry a unexpected error occurred while trying to process your request. And it never fails it is so annoying and irritating I've gone as far as emailing customer service and directions didn't work . So again back to square one.
