It can be glitchy. Sometimes you have to swipe away the app or totally force close it because it will forget you're on a delivery or just won't open. Using the in app maps it took me to the wrong city. Using Google maps separately works better, but introduces other glitches. Even then it will enter the wrong, but close, address sometimes. They force you to use the maps app to navigate to hotspots anyway. They hide tips sometimes which is deceitful. Usually they're just 10 or 20 ¢.

Stop making it worse. I have been dashing since 2019. Please get rid of the new map and go back to google Maps in the app. The voice is very distracting! There is no way to set the default sound to off! Also, stop deleting the schedules and resetting the locations. Please update the pin drops also as 90 percent of the time they are not correct. Better yet, if the app isn't broken, stop updating it! It makes it worse! Time-consuming and frustrating for us drivers!

I am a dasher and my issue with this app is the music it plays while dashing. I get you want to keep dashers from blaring inappropriate music (stupid you have to because people can't turn their music down with a button) but the music interferes with the app. I can't even hear the GPS over it and it actually makes it to where I can't hear the GPS at all, canceling pretty much all noise but the music. This is frustrating if I'm not familiar with the area and I have to look at my phone driving.
